LEGAL ISSUES AND ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATION OF EU WORK PERMIT QUOTAS

The interest in the European Union work permit quotas arises largely as a result of globalization and digitalization, while member states produce more labor services than materials, followed by deviations policies. main aim article is to analyze policies implemented EU its manage legal employment migrant workers, focusing on existing programs during last two years. subject study outcome legislation for third country economic relations with Union. methodology research includes method descriptive explanatory issues quotas, statistical analysis review data subject. based documents (founding acts, directives, regulations, decrees, etc.) countries focused scope their domestic decisions. As result, paper raises analyzes many important Union's quota regulations times socio-economic imbalance. first section provides an background migration policy at level. second deals political measures (quotas) defined secure national economy. dedicated survey context workers Ukrainian origin. hypothesis that social phenomenon long historical background, annual governmental mechanism established relevant normative acts states.
